Salty Bums Holiday Camps take place in July and August at Pembroke Bay. Across 4-mornings, children aged 6-12 train to become 'the fittest lifesavers', Beach games, swimming and basic lifesaving skills culminate in a fun swim-run event on the final morning. 

All children taking part must be able to swim 2 lengths of a 25m pool unaided, and be confident treading water out of their depth for up to 1 minute.
