

STRIVE STRENGTH

Strive Strength is planned and delivered by a qualified Strength & Conditioning coach in safe, welcoming environments. We offer a variety of group sessions, depending on your age and ability, or work with a coach more closely to meet your strength and conditioning goals.
MONDAY & THURSDAY -
Strive Strength (GYM, over 18s)
Strive Strength sessions take place in a gym facility and are suitable for adults aged 18+ who have some experience of resistance training, including Pilates or HIIT workouts. These sessions are fun. effective and rewarding, and the perfect place to lift some weights!
Designed and delivered by S&C coach, Laura Fry, you'll develop technique, feel weekly progression, and build the functional and technical movement you need to perform at your best.

TUESDAY - Teen Strength
(GYM)
Designed to offer a safe, fun space for ages 14-18 to get strong. These coached sessions teach the technical skills of strength training - from how to move safely and effectively to how to select the right weights.
Sessions are designed to support the needs of young people taking part in sport (particularly swimming, cycling, running, and triathlon), as well as those who have a desire to build strength.
TUESDAY - 6.15pm - 7.15pm, TGI, Delancey

FRIDAY - Strong A.F
Strong As Friday sessions are suitable for all ages (over 14) and abilities. Whether you're new to strength work or not, the session uses bands, balls, and uses timed intervals to help you work at your own pace / effort.
FRIDAY - 9.30 - 10.30am, Cobo Community Centre
