Being strong is more than a look or PB record. Being strong is a feeling and an ability to move in more functional and dynamic ways. As strength coaches, we want to empower people to have a deeper understanding of how their bodies work, feel great about what their bodies can do, and feel confident to push beyond their limits.
Beginner / Intermediate
These sessions are aimed at those who want to start building strength in a safe, non-intimidating environment. Sessions emphasise technique and focus on teaching fundamental movements for strength training that can be transferred to your sport. Each week, feel your confidence and strength growing with a coach that will motivate and encourage you.
Sessions take place in our favourite gym facility with up to 8 other people.
Thursdays 6.15pm - 7.15pm
Weekly sessions develop flexibility, mobility and pure strength for your sport. Develop strength in key compound exercises as well sport-specific exercises that will help build power and stability for swim, run and bike.
Work with a Personal Trainer who cares more about helping you find the love for fitness than they do about dropping pounds. PT sessions can be delivered in your home or in a gym facility depending on your preference.
