It brings confidence, sturdiness, resilience, as well as an ability to move in more functional and dynamic ways.  As strength coaches, we want to empower people to have a deeper understanding of how their bodies work, feel great about what their bodies can do, feel confident to push beyond their limits, and 'bullet-proof' their bodies for older age.

Strive Strength

Weekly sessions develop flexibility, mobility and pure strength for your sport and more importantly, for everyday life.  Learn how to lift, to move, and train in a gym, in a small group environment. 

Sessions are suitable for all abilities.

Monday 7pm - 7.45pm (core focus, ideal for swimmers)

Thursday 6.30pm-7.30pm (whole body, ideal for all)
