

STRIVE STRENGTH

Lifting weights and building strength are key pillars of our Multi-sport world. Strength is THE most important thing you can do for your body at any time of life. Yes, it helps maintain bone density, hormone function, and helps with healthy weight management, but it also boosts confidence and self-efficacy; that feeling that you CAN.
You can access the Strive way of building strength via our group sessions or via a bespoke plan, accessed via Training Peaks.
MONDAY & THURSDAY -
Strive Strength (GYM, over 18s)
Strive Strength sessions take place in a gym facility and are suitable for adults aged 18+ who have some experience of resistance training, including Pilates or HIIT workouts. These sessions are fun. effective and rewarding, and the perfect place to lift weights.
Designed and delivered by S&C coach, Laura Fry, you'll develop technique, feel weekly progression, and build the functional and technical movement you need to perform at your best.

TUESDAY - Teen Strength
(GYM)
Designed to offer a safe, fun space for ages 14-18 to get strong. These coached sessions teach the technical skills of strength training - from how to move safely and effectively to how to select the right weights.
Sessions are designed to support the needs of young people taking part in sport (particularly swimming, cycling, running, and triathlon), as well as those who have a desire to build strength.

TAILORED STRENGTH PLANS
Tailored plans are ideal for athletes of all ages who want to work more closely with an S&C coach, or those who prefer the flexibility of working in their own gym space, under the guidance of a qualified coach.
Follow tailored sessions in your own time, and in your own gym space, designed to meet your goals. Your Strength & Conditioning plan will be delivered monthly, accessed via the Training Peaks app or a Google Doc.
HOW IT WORKS:
1. Consultation and Screening session (1 hour, in a gym)
2. Laura builds your plan
3. Receive monthly updates in your app or inbox, and email any questions!
4. Arrange 20 min telephone feedback sessions every 6-8 weeks
5. Receive 15% off Personal Training sessions

We currently support club swimmers, triathletes, long distance runners and those training for HYROX.
