Research shows that Strength THE most important form of exercise to do as we age to help maintain bone density, muscle function, hormone balance, and even cognitive health.
At Strive we want to help more people learn and discover Strength; the practice, the feeling, the pay-off. Choose from group sessions, tailored plans, or personal training to see how building strength will change your life.
Group Training
Group sessions are challenging, fun and always effective. Learn and practice with Strive's Head of Strength, Laura, who guides you through a set that targets key muscles in the body, and challenges you to move in more functional and dynamic ways. ​

Sessions are suitable for those who have prior experience completing strength-based workouts including Pilates or BootCamp / HIIT workouts.

Tailored Strength Plan

Work with Laura to design a program that suits your needs. Every month, receive a bespoke plan that you follow in your own time and space as well as regular feedback sessions.
Laura currently works with a variety of people including athletes looking to build strength, power, and resilience for improved performance, and curious individuals wanting to challenge their body and mind in new ways.

Personal Training
