Work more closely with a Strive coach to achieve your goals.  We deliver bespoke training plans for triathlon, swim, run, and strength & conditioning, as well as in-person training and coaching tailored to your needs.

1-2-1 Multi-Sport Coaching

Work with British Triathlon High-Performing Coach (level 3), Amy Critchlow, to achieve event specific or fitness goals.  Prices start from £100 a month and include:

  • Individualised Training Plan

  • Basic Training Peaks account

  • Monthly face-to-face check-ins

1-2-1 Strength Training

Work with Strength and Condition coach, and Personal Trainer (Level 3), Laura Fry, to build strength and confidence in your body and your sport. Coaching options include:

  • Individual Training Plan to follow in your own gym / training space (from £65 / month)

  • In-person training (from £60 / 1 hour)

Technique 'Tune-Ups'

Whether you're looking for some input on your stroke, want to build confidence on your descents, want to master the deadlift, or you're coming back from injury and want some expert advice, book a 1-2-1 Technique Tune Up with a Strive coach from £60 / 1 hour.
