We are passionate about building confident, kind and physically literate young people who develop lifelong relationships with sport. Our coaches are Lifesavers, First Aiders and qualified Coaches, working with a variety of methods and philosophies that offer fun, creative and rewarding ways to engage with swim, bike and run.
Our swim sessions offer an alternative approach to building confident swimmers who love to be in the water. Our non competitive environments and methods combine traditional swim stroke work with a range of water-based activities including lifesaving, open water and triathlon skills, and water polo to build swimmers for life.
Our Strive Junior Swimming award scheme makes sure that every child is continually progressing and achieving, but always in a fun, relaxed environment and never with the pressure of 'performing' or competing.
Sessions run throughout the week and in each one, we maintain smaller group sizes to make sure each child receives quality coaching. Sessions are sold in term blocks, which run in line with school terms. Our timetable:
MONDAY: 4.15pm - 5pm, LBHS, ages 7 - 10
TUESDAY: 4pm - 4.45pm, SSHS, ages 5-9
TUESDAY: 4.45pm - 5.30pm, SSHS, ages 10+

Strive Splash Parties are swim parties for ages 5 and up. Parties consist of 1 hour of swimming fun with age appropriate games in the water, followed by time and space for party food (provided by you) and finishing with a group game outside. Prices start from £270 for 20 children. Contact us for more information and to arrange a party date.
Triathlon Holiday Camps
During Easter and Summer school holidays, we run triathlon camps for ages 6 (year 1) - 13.
Across 4 mornings, children learn to 'be triathletes' by discovering the skills, character and confidence needed to be their best. Holiday camps are non competitive and designed to offer positive, fun experiences with swim, bike and run.
On day 4, all parents and guardians are invited to watch all children take part in a mini triathlon event.
All children must be in year 1 and able to move from one end of a 25m pool to the other, unaided, and ride a bike without stabilisers.
2021 summer camp dates coming soon
